_A level results

The feeling of getting A level results wasn't there. I was strangely not feeling nervous at all the day before the release of A level result. I could clearly remember the times when I was about to get my PSLE and O level result, I was very nervous and not eating well for at least three days before the release of result. This time I was perfectly normal. Prehaps, it is because I was too tired to even think about it with all the army trainings. On the day before the release date, we were allowed to book out. However, we have the Standard Obstacle Course test before that, which though I manage to pass it, is extremely exhausting. I went to sleep soon after having my dinner at home.
On the day itself, I was also not nervous at all. All I did is to do a prayer to god to hope that I would pass my GP (which I did badly). The release of result is rather fast other than the long speech by the principal, which includes telling us to join the alumni. My class even produced 2 students who got 7 distinctions. However, I did become a bit scared even she talked about, "Despite our repeated warning that GP is very important,..." I was 4th in the queue to get my result. All the people in front of me got straight A and I was getting pressurised. I just prayed very hard as I stepped forward. Mrs Lau and my civic tutor were there. My civic tutor searched for my result slip and then said to me, "Congratulations!" I was a bit stun when I released that I got 4 A too. I totally didn't expect my chem to get A after screwing up so badly for my food chem. I scraped through my GP with a C6 and got merits for both my S paper. I, of course, informed my parents immediately and they were extremely pleased with my result. My dad even talked about buying roast pig to thank the god next year.
I went out with my friends after that to have a short pool game as celebration before going home to get ready for booking in that night...
