_Run

Just have a 8.5km run continuously today in the woodlands town garden besides my house. For the first 2km, my timing is around 8mins, second and third 2 km timing 10 mins and last 2.5 km timing 14 min. It's my longest distance run so far and I felt that my stamina has improved by quite a large amount. Should be able to get B comfortably for 2.4 now. Hope to be able to run as fast as joseph soon...
